Like many who have become fascinated by the Tarot, the cards found me. It wasn't something I went looking for, but due to my acute interest in all things metaphysical, the day a friend of mine pulled out a deck and said, "hey, why don't we ask the cards about...", I was hooked. What were these strange images and why did they answer my question so accurately? So my journey began...
I am an astrologer, having studied the art and science of it since I was twelve years old. Trust me, that is a long time! But there is always more to learn. So it is with Tarot, too. I also have been practicing Feng-Shui for years, and am certified in the Classical Compass School and Flying Star Methods. (the same used all over Asia, the Pacific and elsewhere today).
My main interest in all these modalities, is to help people, to be of service in some way. And I insist that it be in a practical way. Knowledge is great, but if you can't DO anything with it to help yourself or develop in some way, what is the point? Well, that is my philosophy, though I admit it is great fun just to learn new things. I also worked as a bookkeeper for some years, and you can't get more practical than that! Bet you never thought that a bookkeeper could wind up a Tarot reader, huh? Neither did I!
I am also a visual artist and have been a professional illustrator and painter for many years. My clients have included Nordstrom, Joe Boxer, Corp., Cost Plus Imports and many, many others. I also have done a lot of commissioned pieces for interior designers, private collectors and had shows in many galleries.
I am a very reliable, but easy going person, with, I'm told, a great sense of humor. When you hire me, you know you will be getting a professional who will show up on time and deliver what is promised.
